T'rith tes Kesperion T'rith is an Adrastai who came to Sarna for training during the end times. He had already lived an adult civilian life for a couple of centuries before feeling the call to become Adrastai. So he is atypical of most of our recruits who come to us as youths. Most likely, something happened in his village that made him feel that if he had had the proper training, he could have defended against it. I could see the trauma and resolve in his eyes the day he arrived. He is quiet and never bought into the rock star glamour. I suspect he has a Lifemate waiting patiently for him to return to his village, perhaps even children. He is using the training program at the Adrastai school to accomplish his own goals for himself, and that's fine. I know he won't stay in Sarna once he completes all our program has to offer. T'rith has worked his way up through the ranks quickly by means of both tests and honor duels. Currently, he has earned 3 of the possible 4 jeweled studs. I don't think he'll be satisfied with himself until he gets the fourth one. T'rith is the only Adrastai hailing from his village in Sarna. He works very hard at all aspects of his training. He's a star student really, but doesn't think he's anything special. He's very motivated to succeed. Kharie'l and I love boys like him because they are so easy to train and make great fighters. They get it. Adrastai like T'rith understand that you bring honor to yourself by bringing honor to your squad and the Adrastai school as a whole by the way you behave and think, not by performing individual deeds of greatness. I wish they all did. That comes in time for most of them though. There is a reason why the word Adrastai is both singular and plural in its meaning. One is as good as many, and the many must serve as one.
